Hey there, chatty East Bay drivers! CHP is cracking down on cell-phone use this week. Last Tuesday, August 10th, CHP officers ticketed 350 Bay Area motorists and are planning a second round this Wednesday, August 18th.
Avoid falling $100 into the hole and familiarize yourself with the two hands-free laws that went into effect two summers ago for the state of California. It’s not too late to learn!
