511 Contra Costa receives Bay Area Air Quality Management District grants and local county Sales Tax for Transportation Improvement Project funds for the procurement of bike lockers and racks to support and encourage bicycle use to employment sites, retail centers, schools, colleges, and public buildings.

    I was given a locker card at the Walnut Creek city hall site with supposedly $25 loaded onto it. When I tried to use it it had no $$$ on it??
