According to NPR’s recent series on telecommuting (or teleworking) more and more employers are discovering that allowing their employees to work from home pays off.
The flexibility allows for parents to play with their children, for employers to retain a higher percentage of employees, and in some cases for employees to be more creative and productive workers.
