South Contra Costa County and Lamorinda - The transit ticket program has reached its funding limit for 2011 and is closed.
Parents of K-12 students in the communities of Alamo, Danville, Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga, and San Ramon are eligible for the student transit ticket program which provides two free 12-ride County Connection public bus tickets per student while the program is active.
Central and East County SchoolPool Transit Ticket Program – This program is closed for 2011.
Parents of 6th- 12th grade students in the communities of Antioch, Bay Point, Brentwood, Byron, Clayton, Concord, Knightsen, Martinez, Oakley, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek can sign up online to receive a one-time free bus pass for their children to get to school instead of driving them. The Central and East Contra Costa SchoolPool program provides a limited quantity of County Connection or Tri Delta Transit punch passes to 6th-12th grade students during the back-to-school months. We encourage your student(s) to bicycle, walk, skateboard and carpool to school or take the bus whenever possible to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution.
