County Connection is bringing Mt. Diablo to their customers.  Three of County Connection’s LINKS buses are beautifully wrapped with a photo of Mt. Diablo.
The County Connection LINK paratransit service is an Americans with Disablilities Act (ADA) paratransit service. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) requires all public transit operators to provide special service to persons whose disabilities prevent them from using lift-equipped public transit. Concord, Calif. – Beginning next Monday, August 22nd the County Connection’s Free Ride trolley schedule will be adjusted to run later on Monday-Friday evenings. The trolley runs between the Walnut Creek BART station, the downtown shopping district, and the Broadway Plaza. And, as the name implies – it’s free to the riders.
Service will be less frequent in the early morning hours before the shops open when there are fewer riders…. Read the rest
