On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, January 19), all transit agencies serving Contra Costa will be in service. Some will provide regular weekday service while others will run on modified schedules.

- Wheels: Saturday service plus Routes 53 & 54
- San Francisco Bay Ferry: Weekend service (plus no Oakland Alameda Water Shuttle service)
- Capitol Corridor: Regular weekday service
- SolTrans: Saturday service for local routes and SolanoExpress
- Golden Gate Bus: Regular weekday service
- Vine Transit: Regular weekday service
