Contra Costa County Public Works Department will perform road work on Blackhawk Road west of Tennis Club Road starting on September 7 and anticipate completion of the work on September 16. The work includes installation of a drain pipe between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the hours of construction one lane of Blackhawk Road will be closed to motorists. Traffic will be directed by flaggers through the road work and motorists can expect possible delays.
