On Memorial Day 2023 (May 29), all transit agencies serving Contra Costa will run on modified schedules except County Connection, SolTrans, and Vine Transit, which will offer no service.

- San Francisco Bay Ferry: Weekend service
- Capitol Corridor: Holiday/Weekend service
- SolTrans & SolanoExpress: No service
- Golden Gate Bus: Holiday service
- Vine Transit: No service
