Comment on the Concord Naval Weapons Reuse Plan by October 15

The Concord City Council selected the Clustered Villages alternative as the Preferred Reuse Plan for the Concord Naval Weapons Station in January 2009. A revised Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the project is now available for review and comment until October 15.   Share your opinion.
