Hercules Transit Center Opened August 3, 2009. The new Hercules Transit Center, located on the West side of Eastbound Highway 4 at the I-80 Interchange is a Park and Ride Lot with express bus service to BART and San Francisco. The Transit Center was reloacted to accommodate more Park and Ride patrons (422 parking spaces). The fee for daily parking at the lot is $3 per day and must be purchased in advance. Parking permits are administerd by BART. For WestCAT patrons, a $3-a-day parking fee includes two-one-way bus tickets on local or express bus routes; an $80 monthly parking pass will include a one-month WestCAT pass good for all fixed route and express bus routes (except the trans-Bay Lynx).
