Shortly before midnight on Sunday, BART released the following statement:
The unions have informed the District there will not be a strike Monday morning.
BART is offering a 12% raise in their last best and final offer. General Manager Grace Crunican stated:
I appreciate the riders and the Bay Area’s support in standing by us while we negotiate and I hope we will get to a deal here.
