START SMART is a free two-hour driver safety education class given by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The class targets new and future licensed teenage drivers and their parents/legal guardians. Para Español

There will also be raffle prizes that include 3, $50 Visa gift cards and 1 iPod Shuffle!
