You’re eligible for the pass if you: Commute to and from work Are 18 years of age or older Live or work in East Contra Costa Have access to a car & would drive alone if Tri Delta Transit were not available, and Agree to complete a follow-up survey If you meet the requirements, requesting a free 20-Ride pass is as simple as filling out this online form....
